Full house setup for sale, good price and great condition in Killiney Road, Central Singapore for sale

Hi!
We are moving out of Singapore on 25th of november and are not taking a container home.
I would prefer to sell the whole lot to one person/family. As it's so expensive to buy everything, we are offering the whole lot for a great price! This will include not only our furniture, but all other small things like electric fans/vacuum cleaner/cleaning materials/cutlerypotspans/sheets/all our herbs if you want them/etc. Basically anything you can use, it's yours! Happy to leave all the 'baby stuff' out of the deal and sell seperately to another buyer.
-furniture: most is from Ikea, dark brown wood, and in good overall condition. Dining room table + 6 chairs (not ikea, but same colour scheme) and Chicco babychair, big typical ikea expedit cupboard with the sections, big L shaped sofa (green Karlstadt, bought new last year, excellent condition), two side tables, tv table, relaxer chair, mirror. Helper’s room: bed/sofa couch (bought new last year, Ikea), wardrobe, desk, and shelving unit (we use it also for some storage), mirror. Main bedroom: queen size bed with mattress good condition, big hanging rack with two clothing storage units underneath, laundry basket. Baby’s room: matching furniture Boori collection (bought in and brought from Australia) cot-to-toddler bed, changing table, cupboard with shelves, rocking chair. Study: big table, office chair, two shelving units.
-electronics: big TV, side table lamp, 2 standing fans, microwave.
- baby stuff: the wooden play park, play mat, bouncer chair, baby bath, toys we’re not bringing, etc.
-Save on: happy to leave behind things like comforter, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, all kitchen equipment like plates/glasses/cups/cutlery/pots&pans/etc. but also all our collection of herbs/oils/flour/cleaning products etc.
